Should you have a change to your booking, such as a change of name due to marriage/divorce or have moved house, or changed running club, you will be able to update your booking details directly yourself on the BookitZone website up until the 31/03/2018. THIS IS A LARGE EVENT AND WE >>DO<< ALLOW FREE TRANSFERS OF PLACES BETWEEN RUNNERS PRIOR TO THE RACE. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL TO RUN USING SOMEBODY ELSES NUMBER. DOING SO AFFECTS THE RESULTS AND THE PRIZES AND CAUSES MANY PROBLEMS FOR THE ORGANISERS AND RESULTS TEAM!!
IN FAIRNESS TO OTHER RUNNERS AND IN THE INTERESTS OF THOSE WORKING HARD TO MAKE THE EVENT A SUCCESS, WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO DISQUALIFY ANYONE FOUND TO BE RUNNING USING ANOTHER PERSONS NUMBER WHERE AN OFFICIAL TRANSFER HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE RACE.
STRICTLY NO HEADPHONES / EARPHONES / MP3 PLAYERS / MUSIC DEVICES ETC OF ANY KIND - USING SUCH DEVICES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
DISQUALIFICATION MEANS NO TIME, NO PRIZE, NO TSHIRT, NO GOODIE BAG!

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds allowed under any circumstances after 25/03/2018. Early refunds WILL NOT include the original booking fee paid. Transfers available at no extra cost.
