Held under UK Athletics Rules. Licence Applied for.
Race organised on behalf Freedom Leisure by Nice Work
This popular race returns for a sixth time in 2017 and is now an established part of the south east running calendar. The race is organised on behalf of K2 and Freedom Leisure by Nice Work and will be looking to help boost the funds raised for Freedom Leisure's designated charity of the year.
The course is undulating and uses the paths, footpaths, trails and road in and around Tillgate Park. The start and finish are both located on the track at the K2 - so family, friends and supporters can watch you finish in style! The race is suitable for both experienced and first-time runners.

Prizes/trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female; 1st in all age categories from Junior to Vet 8
1st Male & Female affiliated Team (3 to count)
Prize giving and presentations approx 60 minutes after first runner home

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
