The 12th Rye Summer Classic Series
10K Friday 7th July 2017 at 7.30 pm
10K Friday 11th August 2017 at 7.30 pm
5K Friday 8th September 2017 at 7.00 pm
Plus Children’s race at each event
Held under UK Athletic Rules. UKA Licence tbc Accurately measured course.
This popular Friday night series returns for a 12th year in 2017. A super-fast, traffic-free road course through Rye Nature Reserve at Rye Harbour in East Sussex. The course is flat and low lying and partly runs adjacent to the shingle storm ridges on the coastal road. Would suit runners of all standards including beginners. Points scored in each race count towards overall Series prizes (first 100 male and female finishers in each race score points).
Prizes for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd plus; 1st in Vet Categories 1-8; 1st Under 18; 1st Teams (of 3)

ENTRY LIMIT: 300.

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
