The 8th Charing 10K
Plus Children’s Race
Friday 9th June 2017 at 7.00 pm
Supporting Charing School
The race returns in 2017, on the same course, in and around the village of Charing. The event is an evening race with a barbecue and family activities to follow after the race. The race is suitable for runners of all standards, including those new to running. In addition to the main 10k race, there will be races over various distances for children and younger runners.
Held under UK Athletic Rules. UKA Licence applied for

Prizes/awards for:
1st, 2nd, 3rd Males, First Male Senior, Vet Categories 1-7, First Male Team (of 3)
1st, 2nd, 3rd Ladies, First Lady Senior, Vet Categories 1-7, First Lady Team (of 3)
1st Charing Mum and 1st Charing Dad; 1st Husband and Wife
Prize giving and presentations in the School approx 60 minutes after first runner home
Venue: Charing School, School Road, Charing, Kent
Toilets, changing facilities, baggage area, barbecue and refreshments available

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
