Held under UK Athletic Rules. Accurately measured course. UKA Licence applied for.
After another successful year in 2016, this great evening winter series returns to the East Midlands running calendar. A fast two lap circuit, using an accurately measured 5k course times should be quick, but the races would suit runners of all standards including beginners. Series points awarded for race positions, and in 2017, the best three races to count towards series results.
Medal to all finishers – plus race winners, category and series prizes.
Prizes for winners and winners of vet categories 1 to 7
plus a special series prize for 1st Male and 1st Female

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
