The 6th Clacton Summer 5K Series
Wednesday 7th June 2017 at 7.30 pm

Plus Children’s Promenade Dash at each event held prior to main event
Held under UK Athletic Rules. UKA Licence applied for. Accurately measured course.
Now on a Wednesday evening this popular summer series returns for a sixth year. A fast and flat, out and back dash along the promenade from the Greensward Café. Runners of all standards welcome. The course should be fast, but would suit runners of all standards including beginners. Medal to all finishers. Series points awarded for race positions, and in 2017, the best three races to count towards series results.
Prizes for race winners, plus prizes for vet categories
Plus team prizes and a special series prize for 1st Male and 1st Female

ENTRY LIMIT: 200.

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
